Let me start this blog post off by saying this will be a longer one. Tyler and Cassidy had a beautiful Newport Beach California Temple wedding ceremony followed by a Coto Valley Country Club reception! We began all the fun festivities the day prior to their wedding for a bridal session.

Forgive my side tracking, but if you ever have considered a bridal session, do it! I may have to blog one day about the benefits, but the short version is that a bridal session saves you so much time on the wedding day, keeps you stress free and allows you to spend all the more time with you guests!

Tyler and Cassidy choose a gorgeous beach in Laguna for their bridal session. It was such a dream to photograph them with out all the wedding day stress and give them a beach view for their first look. The weather was absolutely perfect.

Newport Beach California Temple

The wedding began at the Newport Beach Temple. I was waiting outside along with many close friends and family for Tyler & Cassidy to come out of the church. It was beautiful to see how much their friends and family care for them and loved on them! The temple grounds were stunning. My only wish was that we could have stayed and photographed Tyler & Cassidy for hours!

Did you catch Cassidy getting thrown in the air? This was definitely a first time ive experienced this at a wedding!

Coto Valley Country Club

Coto Valley Country Club is such a great venue. It allows outside catering, the staff is wonderful and they have plenty of space for lots of friends! Cassidy’s dad actually owns this beautiful venue. He had the dream of his daughter one day getting married there.

I had many favorite highlights from the day. Cassidy’s brother was on mission and unable to attend, so they had a life size cardboard cut out made of him, as well as face timing him durning the reception! This group was also filled with some talented dancers. What I loved about this wedding the most was that the bride choose to use the same cake topper as her grant parents. I love when weddings have special touches that are so meaningful!
