Sean and Megan’s Casa Romantica wedding took place just before the stay at home order was officially announced. With fear of rain and a mass epidemic any couple has the right to be stressed out. Sean and Megan handled all the things thrown at them so well.
From the first call and engagement session I had with Megan I knew we would hit it off with these two. We have a love for rescued pit bulls and love talking about our dogs! Sean actually spent a portion of his wedding reception showing the vendors his two adorable pup’s instagram and talking about how well Megan photographs them! If you need a new dog insta to follow look no further than The Harlow pups.
I am still obsessing over these custom invites created by The Cozy Gnome and wishing I had more time to photograph them! I love every little detail! Having a Casa Romantica wedding means you don’t have to worry about the added details, the location is beautiful in itself, but you can never go wrong with a few added special touches.
Sean and Megan opted for no first look, which meant all of their romantics took place after the ceremony. I never try to push a bride to either side, I see benefits to both, and for their particular schedule it worked best to do their romantics right when we did. I always want to make sure my couples get to go to their party and not hold anything up, however with this sunset it was hard not to try to keep them any longer, each minute the sunset became more vibrant than the next.
Sean and Megan, I am so happy to have met you both! I hope one day to meet Ivey and Diesel!
