From their engagement session I quickly knew what I was walking into photographing this wedding. Marissa is kind and caring, Michael is quiet but  enjoys teasing people. This couple not only knew how to have a good time, but it was so obvious how much they loved each other and their son, Hunter. 

Every time I spoke to Marissa on the phone about her wedding I would be surprised at how long we talked. Each conversation felt like we could keep talking for awhile longer. I enjoyed hearing all the wedding details come together. I loved our conversations of the little surprises she had planned out for Michael. Only to find out Michael had a sweet one of his own. 

Marissa surprised Michael with stormtroopers to escort him down the isle. This is the first time I ever said “Go get the storm troopers” as we prepared for the “First Look” to surprise Michael. 

Not to mention the sweetest moment with Marissa and her dad.
